Terms Of Service
By commissioning me for art you are automatically agreeing to my Terms Of Service!
~ Payment ~
I only accept payment via PayPal. All my commissions will require an invoice on my end to ensure we are both safe and the order has a track record. Once a customer has received a sketch and approved it they will no longer be liable for a refund. Unless there is extreme circumstances.~ Right To Refuse ~I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel the art work being requested is not appropriate, harmful or against the law. I will also refuse to work with disrespectful customers. If I have started a commission and the customer decides to become disrespectful I will halt the commission at its current progress, send what has been done and reject the request for a refund. Although you may be paying me, my time and effort goes into all my art and I deserve as much respect as anyone else.
If you are unsure if your request is appropriate or not please ask!~ Art Usage ~I will have the right to post all art I create. If the art is a gift I will wait till I receive confirmation the customer has given the gift in order not to spoil any surprises. Every piece of my art will contain my signature, I ask that this is not to be tampered with. This includes removing it, blocking it or altering it. I would like to ask for credit when you post the art, at least for the first time.
You are NOT to trace or reference the art I have created.~ Updates + WIPS ~I will do my best to keep you updated with your works progress via Trello (Linked above) - If you happen to change your social @ I would like to be informed in order to keep track of all my customers and make sure no one is missed out.
Once you have been sent the sketch and have approved, you are no longer able to request a refund. (Changes and alterations can be applied)~ Refunds ~I am more then happy to give a refund for the following reasons:I am unable to complete the commission.A refund is asked before the sketch is approved.I Personally decline the request for an any reason.~ I will not permit a refund for the following reasons ~
* The sketch has been approved and the lining process has begun.*A customer breaks any of my TOS.A Long turn around time - IF I have presented the customer with a viable reason for the work being delayed. E.g Medical notes.~ Disabled Artist ~I am a disabled artsit with chronic ilness and mulitple health conditions, despite this I aim to work hard and at my very best! This however can cause some delays in work due to medical appointments, medication effects or joint problems. If it occurs that I will be unable to do art for 6 months+ I will happily refund ALL art if the customer requests it. With any medical delays I will provide evidence. My turn around time is within the month! However this may change without my control.
~ Consequences ~
If you do not read/follow my Terms of Service or break any of the following conditions, your commission slot will be terminated and you will be blacklisted indefinitely. Other artist will also be informed to help prevent further 'scamming'~ Thank You~
